This 3-day English-language Method of Levels (MoL) course is the perfect opportunity to deepen your skills in perceptual control theory-based conversation.

Whether you are a coach, therapist, researcher, or practitioner engaged in reflective inquiry, this course offers a framework for facilitating self-directed insight through sustained attentional presence, minimal intervention, and a client-led process of internal exploration.

What you’ll learn:

  • The foundations of Method of Levels based on Perceptual Control Theory

  • How to guide conversations without directing or interpreting 

  • Recognizing verbal and non-verbal disruptions and work with them within conversations

  • Recognizing your own reactions within a conversations and work with them within conversations

  • Bridging theory and practice through experiential learning

Teacher:
Laura Hudepohl is a behavioral scientist specializing in the Method of Levels, where she works as a therapist, teacher, and supervisor in the Netherlands. She has developed her own course and is known for making theory and practice accessible, clear, and directly applicable.
